Job Description
Are you passionate about technology, AI, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for a motivated Customer Success Implementation Intern to join our team and help us empower businesses to connect with their audiences through cutting-edge digital solutions.
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Success Implementation Intern, you’ll play a key role in implementing our innovative platform for clients. Working in a fast-paced tech environment, you’ll lead deployment projects, streamline onboarding processes, and help businesses unlock the full potential of our solution.
Your Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Configure and implement our platform features to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with tools like messaging platforms, AI chatbots, and third-party channels.
- Track and analyze key project KPIs to propose strategies that enhance deployment success.
- Design and deploy chatbot workflows tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain high project standards by adhering to best practices and ensuring quality delivery.
- Collaborate with our Customer Success team to develop training resources and improve scalability.
Campaign & A/B Testing:
- Assist in setting up engagement campaigns and A/B tests, including targeting rules, AI bot design, and tracking.
- Document findings and share insights to improve future campaigns.
- Partner with the Business Analyst to establish measurement plans, define KPIs, and implement tracking systems.
What we're looking for
- Enrolled in a 4-year degree program in Business or Management.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and AI.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Bonus: Experience in a SaaS environment is a big plus!
Additional information
- Contract: full time internship. If the internship is satisfactory, it may lead to a full time position.
- Compensation : internship wage
- Workplace: This position is open to full-remote, only from the US territory. If you live in Massachusetts, note that iAdvize's US office is based in Downtown Boston.
- Start date: as soon as possible
- You must be able to complete a full-time internship for a duration of 4 months minimum.
- You must be able to complete this internship legally with no sponsorship.
